As many of our products are custom made to order, items will only be processed and made upon clearance of funds. Once payments have been processed, products may take between 5-10 days to dispatch and are sent via regular post, unless the Express Post option is selected at checkout. Regular post may take between 3 to 7 business days to reach you. Bulk orders require more time and postage rates will differ. International orders, once dispatched, may take 7-21 days to reach you.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
At Luna Naturel, your satisfaction is our first priority. We package and deliver your products in perfect condition. However, if your item is faulty upon receipt, please email info@lunanaturel.com within 7 days. Please provide a full, clear photograph of the damaged item and receipt of purchase. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available within the regular time frame, as stated in our shipping policy. Refunds of the cost of the product, excluding postage costs, will only be given if the product is deemed to be faulty upon receipt. We are not accountable for products that are damaged during transit. We will not provide a refund for unwanted items due to change of mind. We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
